Guests are required to call the property upon arrival and they will be given instructions on how to gain access to the B&B. Please ensure that the accurate arrival information into either Edinburgh airport or Edinburgh Waverley train station is provided to the property prior to arrival. The property contact information is provided in the confirmation email after booking. Breakfast is no longer served in the dining room. Guests can purchase a continental breakfast for GBP 6 per person per day which will be left outside of the bedroom. Daily housekeeping will not be available during the guest stay.
