Dortoir pour 6 personnes avec douche et toilettes propre et avec le confort minimum mais pratique. En revanche, du bruit dans le couloir tout au long de la nuit en raison d'un groupe d'enfants et de jeunes visiblement mal encadré et malgré notre plainte à l'accueil. Les pièces de vie beaucoup plus petites en réalité que sur les photos et souvent pleines. Alors que le wifi ne passe pas dans les chambres..

L'auberge est propre et les lits sont confortables. Les rideaux permettent d'avoir un peu d'intimité ce qui est agréable. Les points faibles: peu de douches et un quartier bruyant. Pensez à prendre des boules quies si vous souhaitez dormir. Bon rapport qualité prix pour le petit déjeuner.

J'étais venu il y a 4 ans, avec deux classes de jeunes de 10 ans. Je suis revenu avec mon mari et mes filles et je n'ai aucun regret. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, propre et agréable. Heureuse d'avoir trouvé quelqu'un dans le personnel qui parlait Français. Dommage que nous aillons vu le dernier jour que vous faisiez à manger le soir.

I like the individual washrooms and the huge lockers under the beds. The curtains on each bed also gave you privacy and helped to block out the overhead light.

3rd time I went back to this hostel, no doubt one of best hostel in London. each best has your own curtain so you get more privacy compare to ordinary hostels.

I really enjoyed the design of the place, clean-ish, I think I would preferred if they mopped the floor in the dorms everyday. Showers and bathrooms were clean. It seems like a sketchy area, but I was not hassled. Easy access to the airport. Total time takes about an hour if you don't take the express train. Take Heathrow to Piccadilly Circus, change to the bakerloo line that is going towards elephant and castle. Just a 5 min walk to Elephant and Castle underground, there's also a bus stop right outside as well. Staff was friendly, for the most part!

Good location, only a few minutes walk from Elephant and Castle underground station and bus stops outside which go to most of the city. Hostel is really nice inside, very clean and trendy looking. Lots of space to chill out comfortably. Rooms were clean and quiet. Bathrooms were really clean and lots of space. Was given a voucher for a free drink when I arrived too!

Very helpfull and friendly staff. The bed got curtains, so if the light is on it didn't disturb you during your sleep. It is a very good location, 5 minutes walk from the underground station. There are many restaurants/snack bar's around the hostel.

The place is extremely nice for a hostel and is more of a mix of hostel/hotel. The only difference between this and a 4 star hotel are the 8 person rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly and they have a complementary breakfast and bar/lounge area downstairs. In the 8 person rooms, each bed has a curtain for privacy. It was very close to the metro, which can take you anywhere in London.
