旅舍Our Property JO&JOE; is a house open for all, a cool and caring social hub! For people travelling alone, in pairs or in groups, we offer an ideal and appropriately priced shared or private accommodation in Paris - Gentilly. As well as serving the best hot dogs in town and awesome cocktails, we also have a self-serving beer tap system! Located right in front of the biggest Parisian campus, our property is ideally located with the B line RER train that will take you directly to the center of Paris
Social and fun
The bar is at the heart of the social experience at JO&JOE; In our property, you will even find a “Beer Wall” in self-service. On the stage, artists from different horizons are performing. The program is eclectic: indie rock bands, electronic music DJ or underground rapper, all tastes are represented. The stage welcomes artists every week and our events program brings travelers and locals together.
At JO&JOE; people either come from the other side of the world or just live one block away. They gather to enjoy a fresh, simple and homemade cuisine as well as refreshing drinks and the 450 square meters garden.

Located between the Porte d'Orléans and the Porte de Gentilly, a 5-minute walk from the cité internationale universitaire de Paris and 10 minutes from Charlety Stadium. JO&JOE; Paris welcomes locals and travelers from all over the world in a property with a unique design. Directly connected Roissy and Orly by RER, you will arrive from these airports in respectively 30 and 45 minutes.

The Happy House is part of our property: it is a social space for inhouse guests only. You will find everything you need to prepare yourself a snack or chill with your new friends.

In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
Persons under 18 years old are not permitted in shared rooms. Unless as part of a group booking, and guests must take the whole dorm, for the group.
All minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied and under the supervision of an accompanying adult and stay in a private room.
NO under 16's for group bookings.
A photographic ID and a credit card are needed to check-in.
Towels are only provided for free in the Double and Twin private rooms.
For the other rooms, towels for available for rent for EUR 5.00.
